How were you able to get back into the US if you had COVID? I thought they still required a negative test 24 hours before boarding? Just checking, we’re set to go to Portugal next week and my biggest fear is that we’ll get COVID and not be allowed to come home. 😬
Love your travel tips. My fave things to bring home from any trip are things I’ll use in my kitchen or bathroom. :)
You are correct. The US still requires a negative test within a day of your returning flight. I took about six covid tests during those last two days in Paris when my throat started hurting, including the test at the pharmacy for my flight, they were all negative. I didn't test positive (and get really sick) until we returned home. Thanks for reading! Have an amazing time in Portugal 😊
Wish u both well
