Wow, how exciting! In case you missed it, I’m hosting a four-part dinner series this summer. AKA a supper club. These events are open to anyone in the LA area!
Each dinner has a different menu and I’ll be cooking six dishes, most over fire, to highlight the best summer produce out there. Dinner includes a cocktail from Marco and we have an optional wine pairing available to add to your meal.
There are 12 13 spots available at each dinner. A handful of pre-sale tickets were bought yesterday but there is still availability for June 17th.

Some details about Vol. 1 – Early Summer:
It’s technically not summer until 6/21 but we live in Southern California and the produce here is confused. We still have some spring things at the farmers’ markets, like artichokes and peas, but summer tomatoes and early stonefruits are all over the place. This menu is very produce forward! My outdoor kitchen hasn’t been built yet but I have my egg to grill on and plan to cook 90% of the dishes over fire.
The tentative menu I have planned looks like this:
Grilled artichokes
Stone fruit salad with tomatoes, prosciutto, and ricotta
Grilled sugar snap peas with chili cashew cream
Grilled carrots and saffron rice
Grilled basil shrimp
Strawberry galette with basil ice cream
All of this is dependent on what is available. I’ll be working on these dishes in the weeks to come. If you have allergies or serious dietary restrictions, please email me before buying a ticket. I may be able to tweak things for you but I can not make separate dishes for this event.
June 17th is three weeks away. Because I am already gearing up for this event, tickets are non-refundable. If you can not attend, I will help find someone to take your spot via my email list and social media but please make sure you can attend before buying a ticket.
