Today we are making Egg Salad. I certainly didn’t think egg salad would be the first recipe I sent out to kick off the new year but here we are. I have been obsessed with egg salad for the last few months making it just about every other week. Why you might ask? For no other reason than it is fast, incredibly easy, and delicious.
