Apparently, chili is a very controversial dish. There are a ton of “correct” ways to make it and everyone has an opinion on what’s best. Beans vs. no beans, red chilis, green chilis, heaps of cheddar cheese on top, or spooned over pasta. Chili, a stew, can be made in many ways.
